Interart was established in the heart of Geneva's Old Town in 1992. The gallery presents works of art by the great modern and impressionist masters, and pays particular attention to quality.

Interart offers its clients a personalized and strictly confidential service for the purchase, sale and valuation of works of art.

It is a place where collectors and connoisseurs can admire a permanent exhibition of works by the greatest late-nineteenth and twentieth century artists: Impressionnists and Post-Impressionnists (Monet, Pissarro, Cézanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, van Dongen, Chagall, Rouault), Nabis (Sérusier, Bernard, Bonnard), and artists of the major Modern Art movements (Braque, Derain, Gleizes, Laurens, Léger, Picasso, Fautrier, Dubuffet, de Staël, Balthus, Hélion). The gallery also takes a special interest in artists of the Surrealist Movement (Ernst, Dali, Brauner, Tanguy, Magritte, Matta).

By regularly lending works to institutional exhibitions, Interart has been able to build up privileged relations with the world's leading museums, whose curators come in search of exceptional pieces to enhance their collections.

Since 2006, the gallery has been managed by Charlotte Mailler, who holds a degree in Art History from the University of Florence. She is also president of the Art en Vieille-Ville Association, which she co-founded in 2007 and which is responsible for organizing a prestigious cultural event in the historic heart of Geneva. The gallery is also a member of the Association du Commerce d'art de la Suisse.

The gallery stages thematic and monographic exhibitions on a regular basis which, over the years, has led to special exhibitions dedicated to Marc Chagall, Nicolas de Staël, Henri Laurens, Baltasar Lobo, Jean Fautrier and Georges Rouault.
